Grade 12 students interested in applying for the Loran Scholarship may apply now at apply.loranscholar.ca. There are up to 32 Loran Awards, each valued at $100,000 over four years of undergraduate studies, as well as up to 94 finalist/provincial awards ($3,000 or $2,000 each).

Students will need to submit a transcript, request a reference from a teacher or community member and have their school sponsorship confirmed (if applicable) before the deadline.  Students can apply either through school sponsorship (submit applications and request for school sponsorship to Mrs. Pretula in the counseling office by October 11, 2016) or into the direct pool of applications (apply on-line by October 26, 2016).  See the Loran website listed above for more information or see Mrs. Pretula in office 3 in the library (afternoons only).
